    During schedule planning, the system automatically verifies, among others, working time standards, daily and weekly rest periods, overtime limits, and compliance with schedules, as well as standards depending on employment type and contract type.

    Importantly, these controls operate already at the schedule creation stage, not only after the fact, which significantly reduces the risk of errors and the need for corrections.

  • The system not only ensures compliance with regulations but also actively supports planning.

    Based on workload, operational demand, or defined rules, the system:

    • suggests the required staffing levels,
    • indicates potential exceedances,
    • shows the impact of planning decisions on labor costs.

    As a result, the schedule is compliant with the Labor Code, cost-optimized, and operationally efficient.

  • Labor cost control begins already at the planning stage by defining labor cost limits for teams, organizational units, or settlement periods. This makes it possible to set financial boundaries before schedules are implemented.

    The system then provides management reports that allow for analyzing the used budget and forecasting actual cost consumption, taking into account the time actually worked and overtime costs to be compensated.

    As a result, management and controlling gain continuous and reliable control over labor costs-from planning, through execution, to settlement-without the need for later corrections and manual analysis.

  • Yes. Working time can be recorded using a mobile application, a web application, or time tracking devices. The system collects real data on work start and end times, regardless of the form of work.

    The recorded working time is then compared with the time planned in schedules, which allows automatic identification of deviations such as:

    • lateness,
    • undertime,
    • overtime.

    The system also enables full configuration of recorded events and the rules for their settlement, including time rounding rules, in accordance with the organization’s internal policies and applicable regulations.
